RRC ECR Railway Various Trade Apprentice 2021
Mode of Selection:
Railway Recruitment Cell RRC Eastern Central Region (ECR) has invited applications for the new recruitment of Apprentice 2021 which is an online mode of the application process for various types of Apprentice posts under various divisions i.e. Danapur, Dhanbad, Plant Depot, Samastipur, Pt Deen Dayal Upadhyay, Sonpur, Etc. The online mode of the application process will run from 6 October 2021 to 5 November 2021. In this recruitment of Railway ECR, the age limit should be between 15 to 24 years and the qualification should be an ITI certificate in the relevant trade. Application fee: Rs.100/- for male candidates, no fees for SC/ST/PH candidates, and women of all categories. Other information such as the date of the examination/merit will be informed later.

The candidate must have passed the Matric/10th class examination or its equivalent (under
10+2 examination system) with minimum 50% marks in aggregate, from recognized
Board and ITI in relevant trade (i.e. National Trade Certificate in the notified trade issued
by National Council for Vocational Training or Provisional Certificate issued by National
Council for Vocational Training/State Council for Vocational Training). |

How to Apply
- Candidates are required to apply ONLINE by visiting the official website of RRC (ECR)
www.rrcecr.gov.in. Detailed instructions for filling up ONLINE applications is available on
the website.
11.2 Candidates are required to log on to the official website of RRC(ECR) www.rrcecr.gov.in

NOTE-1: Candidates should be in possession of Aadhar Card. At the time of registration,
candidates have to fill 12 digits Aadhar card number. The candidates not having Aadhar
number and have enrolled for the same but have not received Aadhar Card can enter 28
digits Aadhar Enrolment ID printed on the Aadhar Enrolment slip.
This provision is applicable to the candidates of all states and Union Territories
except the state of Jammu and Kashmir, Meghalaya, and Assam. Applicants from these
states can enter in the online application form, their voter ID number, valid Passport
number, Driving license number, or any other valid Government identity card at the time
of online application.
Candidates have to produce the original Aadhar card or document mentioned above
at the time of document verification.
NOTE-2: Candidates should ensure their name, father’s name, date of birth. Percentage of
marks in Matric (10th) and ITI etc. should match exactly as recorded in Matriculation/ITI
certificate. Any deviation found during any stage will lead to the cancellation of candidature.
NOTE-3: Candidates are advised to indicate their active mobile number and valid e-mail ID in
the ONLINE application and keep them active during the entire engagement process as all
important information/messages will be sent by email/SMS which will be treated as deemed to
have been read by the candidates.
11.3 Candidates trying to submit more than one application with different particulars like
Name/Father’s name/Community/Photo/Educational and/or Technical qualification etc.
or with different e-mail ID/Mobile numbers are informed that all such applications will be
summarily rejected and liable to be debarred.
11.4 Candidates have to keep printouts of their ONLINE application. If found eligible, he/she
will be called for document verification and the printout of the online application will be
required to be produced at the time of Document Verification.

14.2 Certificate for proof of Date of Birth (Standard 10th or its equivalent Marks Sheet or
School Leaving Certificate indicating Date of Birth).
14.3 Consolidated Marks Sheet of ITI for all semesters of the trade-in which applied/Provisional
National Trade Certificate indicating marks.
14.4 National Trade Certificate issued by NCVT or Provisional National Trade Certificate
issued by NCVT/SCVT.
14.5 Caste Certificate for SC/ST/OBC candidates in Annexure-“I” & “II” “I” & “II” “I” & “II”, wherever applicable.
EWS Certificate in Annexure Annexure Annexure-III, if applicable.
14.6 Disability certificate, in case of PwBD Candidate in Annexure Annexure Annexure-IV.
14.7 Discharge certificate/Serving certificate, in case of candidates, applied against Ex-
servicemen quota.
Production of original documents, as stated above, and Identity Proof/Aadhar Card on
the day of document verification is mandatory without which, candidates will not be
allowed to appear in the document verification. Certificates in languages other than
English or Hindi should be accompanied by an attested translation in English/Hindi.
